Hi, I’m Ashley Singh Thomas.

Even though I was born in the US, I grew up eating homemade north Indian food. When I married into a south Indian family, I quickly learned that cuisine as well. Unfortunately, soon after my wedding, I learned that my body was unable to tolerate grains, gluten or dairy. I was pretty devastated for a few days, but then I decided I wasn’t going to give up the foods that I loved… I’d just have to recreate them!

What kind of recipes does this eBook include?

This eBook includes 100+ north Indian and south Indian recipes that have been converted to be Paleo-friendly. The ONLY dairy product used in this eBook is ghee which is casein & lactose-free, so most people with dairy allergies CAN eat ghee without issue.

Is this a printed book?

No, this book is not a traditional printed book. This cookbook is a digital book which means when you purchase your copy, you receive a link to download the book.

What gluten-free flours are used?

I only use the following gluten-free flours: almond, flaxseed meal, arrowroot, tapioca and coconut flours.

What sweeteners are used?

I use the following sweeteners in my recipes: raw honey, maple syrup (grade b), coconut palm sugar.

How can I view the eBook?

The ebook will be available as a PDF file which you can read on your computer, tablet or smartphone. If you want to read this on your smartphone, you will need to download first to your computer, and then transfer to your phone using USB.
